All of the shorts (except for the earliest one and Partly Cloudy) are in MKV (Matroska) which works flawlessly with the Media Player Classic:

It's a simple, single .EXE file so it doesn't need any installation. Just remember to enable Matroska through View>Options>Internal Filters.
You can also install a decoder instead and run it with other players if you prefer so, but this method is easier and doesn't install unnecessary software.
